Emily joined the Advantage family in March 2017. She is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a degree in Accounting and General Business and brings with her a strong background in corporate finance.

Emily loves working at Advantage because of the family atmosphere and teamwork. In her role, Emily oversees company financials, human resources, and daily office operations. She also provides support in IT and marketing. Her overall focus is ensuring the organization runs efficiently and cohesively. Emily values the collaborative, team-oriented culture at Advantage Roofing & Exteriors and takes pride in contributing to its continued success.



Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Kyle and her three bonus children. Her other top priorities include connecting with family and friends, traveling, and attending concerts.
